The Kanekalon fiber used in our wig product is a thermostable material, which allows the wig to be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120°C. The appropriate temperature range for styling is typically around 70-90°C, as excessively high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Our wigs cannot be dyed, as they lack the necessary hair cuticles to retain the color for an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap is not designed to be washed.

To wear the wig, follow these steps: a) Gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b) Put on the wig cap; c) Secure the wig and adjust the inner net buckle; d) Keep the wig in place.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb, then shampoo the wig in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, and dry with a towel. Gently shake the wig to help it regain its style, and allow it to air dry.

Shedding and tangling are common, especially when wearing the wig for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to gently remove any loose hair, combing from the ends to the roots. This will help prevent further shedding and tangling.

Please note that the hairstyle may vary slightly between different batches, as the wigs are trimmed by hand. You can restyle the wig to suit your preferences. Additionally, the color may appear slightly different depending on your computer or mobile screen settings, but we strive to accurately represent the colors of our products.

The wig may be slightly out of shape when you receive it, due to packaging or transport. This is not a cause for concern. Simply take a minute or two to comb the wig or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will look as good as the picture.

The wig is approximately 18 inches (45 cm) in length, and the maximum circumference is around 21-22 inches (53-55 cm), with a normal error range of 1-2 cm. The size is adjustable to ensure a comfortable fit.
